Apply for Membership

To apply for membership with NSWPSA select the appropriate level below, click next and follow the prompts.

The application forms below are for accredited coaches returning to, or new to coaching in NSW.

Level 0 Junior Memberships will only be granted upon successful completion of the level 0 accreditation course.

If you are joining as a new member between the dates of 1 April & 30 June, please contact officeadmin.nsw@apsa.net.au prior to completing application.

Upgrade Membership

To upgrade your membership from Level 0 (Junior) to Level 1 (Full), you will need to have successfully completed the Level 1 accreditation course and have met the associated requirements.

You will then need to log into your account and follow the prompts to upgrade your membership with NSWPSA or select the option below.

This Application form is for Full (Level 1 to 7) Coaches who are new to or returning to coaching in NSW.

NEW Membership Application [Junior Membership (Level 0)] - $235.00 (AUD) Subscription period: Unlimited
Membership approval will only be granted upon successful completion of the Level 0 Course.

UPGRADE Application [Upgrade from Junior (Level 0) to Full (Level 1) Membership] - $240.00 (AUD) Subscription period: Unlimited
Upgrade only form for members upgrading only and have already paid their renewal.

This form is for existing NSWPSA Junior (Level 0) Members who have recently completed Level 1 Accreditation and are now required to upgrade their NSWPSA Membership Level to a Full, Level 1 Membership.
