    ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

    OF THE

    NEW SOUTH WALES PROFESSIONAL SKATERS’ ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED

    WILL BE HELD ON

    Sunday October 12, 2025

    25/26 COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS:

  • Nominations are now open
  • Nominations for all committee roles are to be submitted to nswpsa_secretary@apsa.net.au by 4pm Sunday 5 October 2025.
  • Nomination Form Can be located on the NSWPSA website - Nomination Form For Office Bearers and Committee Members
  • A person nominated as a candidate for election as an Office-Bearer or as an Ordinary Committee Member of the Association must be a Full financial member of NSWPSA. Appointed positions can be held by Junior members who have reached the age of 18.

    25/26 COMMITTEE NOMINATION VOTING:

  • Current Full financial members of NSWPSA are entitled to one vote and must be over 18 years of age.
  • Current Junior financial members of NSWPSA who have reached the age of eighteen (18) years are entitled to one vote.  
  • Only registered financial members who attend the AGM are permitted to vote.
  •  The online voting platform ‘Election Runner’ will be used, and an independent facilitator will conduct the voting and confirm the result.
  • Please have your correct name showing on your Zoom Login to expedite the process of checking everyone in as we need to import attendees into the voting platform. 
  • All eligible members will receive a voting email at the commencement of the AGM via email where they will be able to click on the link to cast their vote.
  • NSWPSA accepts no responsibility for members failure to vote due to their own connection or internet failure. This is at the responsibility of the member.
